Every building in California has this sign. That’s why the proposition that requires this makes no sense. There are no buildings without cancer-causing chemicals in them.

Welcome to CA. These signs are everywhere, and we’re getting kind of inured to them here. This is likely referring to some lead in the building’s wiring or something else that you’d really have to work at getting exposed to.
