After 14 years, Beavis and Butt-Head are back: MTV aims for teen-boy humor by bringing back “Beavis and Butt-Head” and adding the new cartoon “Good Vibes,” set in a beach town. Fox’s new cartoon “Allen Gregory” is about a super-precocious 7-year-old boy.
